Penned back in 1980 by the band as one of their first songs with lyrics by Juan Requena. C.T.s was released in early 1981 as part of "Brain Damage" is still one of the b-sides band's favorites reigning track in Live video plays which inspired The Mds to dust it up and include it on Vitals for a second run.
