The guitar sample from this song was taken from the song "Tin Man" by the band "America"; it was released in 1974 and was on the album "Holiday".  I loved the guitar riff and vibe so I decided to sample it with some old school hip hop drums and little added melodies.  Enjoy.

This was a song written and recorded in one day with myself, C-Note, and Phully Jaded.  The sample from the instrumental is from the song "Tired of Being Alone" by the artist "Al Green", off of the Album "Al Green Gets Next to You" released in 1971.  

This song will be part of a compilation of one-day recordings and writings produced on the basis for learning and sharpening up our recording and mixing processes.

My first attempt at using a sample from a previously recorded song; this sample was taken from the group Kings of Convenience, the song is entitled "Rule My World" and is off of the album "Declaration Of Dependence".  They're a talented duo that's hard to match in terms of acoustic vibes, and I respect their rights to their music and the purpose of this instrumental is listening/enjoying/and freestyling purposes.
