While dealing with some of the same themes as Alone in a Crowd, this album dives deeper into isolation and the idea of not knowing your place in this world. The character is lost and trying to find his way, unable to make sense of the world around him. He feels hollow and disjointed, believing he is living a life unfulfilled. By the end of his journey, however, he believes that hope is indeed on the horizon and asks for the power to believe in himself.
