It then goes to the 'spirits' of the unborn children speaking what may or may not be going thru their minds from inside the womb.

This song is not in anyway pro or anti anything so let's not go there. It was just what the four artists came up with at that point in their lives. Members of this group are on all sides on this issue and have all experienced it in different ways. This song just opens the dialogue.
