Written by David Bowie. Here's our version of Mott The Hoople's All The Young Dudes. Mott are a massive inspiration to us and we recorded this live in one take, late one evening at Rockfield when Tom Oliver, the producer, suddenly realised that we may need some B-Sides! Adam was playing the 'Freddie Mercury' piano too!

All The Young Dudes

This was the first version of Take Me Down that Adam & I recorded as a demo for the producers, Tom & Ian. The layout of the verses were altered as well as the intro but it's pretty much all there in the final album cut. I'd forgotten about the bluesy harp at the end, shame we didn't use that! :-)

Take Me Down - ORIGINAL DEMO

Here's the first version of Take Me Down that Adam & I recorded at Roxpole as a demo for producers Tom & Ian. We changed the verses around a bit as well as a new intro but it's pretty much all there in the final album track. I'd forgetton about the bluesy harp at the end of this, quite like it really! :-)
