A bridge...a ropeway...stairs.. whatever you may say, ‘THE MISSING LINK’ is a concept of evolution and consequently adaptation.. between what we have left behind and what we are going to face.. our songs are the reflection of that perception.. lyrically, musically and esthetically.. the essence of love and hate, unsatisfaction, revolution, melancholy desires and lost dreams are the viaticum of our compositions. In 2003 we started our journey to find the link which was missing.. till date the search is on.. we get many people who walked a long way with us…some get refracted to some other way and some remained undeflected and still looking for the link.. We lost the guys like Tintin, Arup, Rajshekhar, Dabbu, Amlan, Ankur, Anjan, Tukan, Happy, Max during this long journey and we hope they are all doing well..

The process of creation and production of new songs is running as a routine work since last six years.. in those years we recorded our first studio album entitled “MISSING LINK” which was released from T-Series in 2004 but it did not get enough promotions to come in the limelight.. after that album the band struggled in the dark days for two long years.. then these days went off when we bagged the title of the best upcoming band in a bangle rock reality show named ‘BAND-E-MATARAM’ organized by Sambad Pratidin and Sangeet Bangla in 2006..This platform really helped us to reach the people with the hits like ‘KRITODASI MAA’, ‘BRISHTI’ and ‘NISTORONGO’.. after the triumph, we get back to business…number of shows grew up exponentially…we gigged all over west Bengal ..in the places like Siliguri, Baharampur, Kandi, Jiyaganj, Krishnanagar, Asansol, Burdwan and more….After the succession of the gigs we went back to studio and recorded our second studio album “KAKTARUA” (released from Asha Audio, 2008) which came out to be a big success to us.. the song “BRISHTI” hit the top ten chart of Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM.. we shot two music videos “KAKTARUA” and “KRITODASI MAA” which are aired in different city channels like Sangeet Bangla, Channel 8 and R Plus.. We did a number of shows in BIG 92.7 FM with RJ Riddhi and in AAMAR 106.2 FM with RJ Roopam..In 2009 we toured different places of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Hariyana for the gigs and got enormous support from the people over there..
So the search is still on…come and be a partner in the search of some real good, tasteful music…
