I have tinnitus since I am 15 years old, I am now 29. I used to freak the f out. I really think it comes from tension in the neck and all those muscles around the ears. Since working from home, I am sitting all day and I have headphones 8 hours a day wich made my tinnitus ramped up. What makes them quieter is a stress free life and a lot of stretching! Goodluck.
