A project I did "The Naked Tree" and a fellow human being I've been watching on youtube for quite some time. He speaks about life and what he thinks about it and has some of the most profound things come out. I wanted to pay tribute to this man, maybe not noticed by a lot, but to me, he's helped change my life. Thank you Benjamin Smythe!

The Naked Tree is a band born out of exploring the depth of life and the unpredictable nature of future, all the while knowing whatever may be coming, was already on it's way.

Ty Tekavec embarked on his first album under the moniker "The Naked Tree". A project stemming from a personal experience he had one early morning, giving him the need to explore what he'd encountered. He says " What I experienced, changed my life forever. Not only that, but the experience continues on to this day." thus "The Naked Tree" music concept was started. NT consists of compositions and tracks working in multi-genre's, opening a new foundation for live shows and releases, focusing on the mysticism of life. NT explores the mood of the moment creating a compilation of sound and tones with heavy synth and organic industrial elements. Layered soundscapes back drop Tekavec's lyrics and spoken word provocations of the mind.
