Chill House - Room Set (freestyle)

Hello good humans and things that can hear sound. 
I started this track about 3 days ago and i think im done. 
I was experimenting with several new ideas i was conjuring up in my cranium, the intro is made up of several sounds and samples including an old radio, old campbell soup record, and like most of my tracks the good ol' yamaha psr-E253. 
The kick is formed from a fender amp and the keyboard. this i will continue to experiment with...

EXERCISE #7

Oh this track, I had so much fun making this. 
Where to start... 
Well I have been juggling this idea of techno pow wow and I think this is the start. I was a big fan of Electric Pow Wow but not the biggest fan of Dubstep. With this and my passion for techno I decided to develop some skills in making Techno music.

Now here we are today with some skills. 
Starting with the intro and much more Young Guns movie sample.
Also some Pow wow samples from Look At This · Northern Cree and Shawnee - Sioux War Dance
All the drums and bass found in Ableton from yours truly.

Idk how i feel about this track i like it, But i feel like i rushed it for some reason. still good tho, i am starting to get a better understanding of master the track but i amd still only using stock ableton. Soon ill be getting some plug INs but until then ill keep trying new genres and putting out tracks. Most of these are not properly mastered or mixed "properly" but i am just document the journey and some tracks i just wont like.

This was my set from the Pop Up Rave at the High Level Bridge In Edmonton. This was super fun had a great turnout and an amazing set. I never plan a set all of my DJ sets are freestyle, I might have 1-2 opening tracks picked out but other then that these shows are a one time deal lol as DJ sets are, but I prefer freestyle because it allows me to adapt to the crowd and see how they respond and opens the door for some wild mixes.
