From time to time, Then's music has shown hints of "Twee" and "Indiepop" influences on their songs. Take a listen to Afterglow or in a spiral, without going any further. THEN is a half Catalan half Macedonian shoegaze duo consisting of Marc and Соња. Their music is highly influenced by Ride, JAMC, The Pale Saints, Adorable and other early 90s british bands. Formed in the surroundings of Barcelona in late 2006 as a solo project, Marc met Соња at myspace in early 2009 and she quickly joined the band. Born out of a love for ‘Ride’ and the likes of ‘My Bloody Valentine’, ‘The Telescopes’ & ‘The Jesus and Mary Chain’, Then crafts songs full of strummed guitars, reverb, feedback & whispered vocals. 

Then has self-released a couple of demo EPs. ‘Dreams, Tapes, Hopes & Razorblades’, released in early 2008, was followed by ‘Happy Cloud’ later the same year.
