I have a Bachelor's Degree in Classical Studies as well as a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I enjoy rapping as a way to be creative and deal with aspects of myself that I tend to hide from acceptable society. I began my career under the name Mr. Whitey, but quickly went through an assortment of aliases. Some of which include: Duke Bishop, Reverend Duke, Duke Rumi, Andrew Warhol, Sir Francis Andrew Drake, and Kurk Whitey. I base a lot of my rapping off of what I am listening to at the time it is recorded. Some artists include: Riff Raff, Childish Gambino, the Ying Yang Twins, Listener, RealFruitTaste, ect. Due to not wanting to invest in recording equipment and my lack of technical skill, my songs are recorded using a laptop microphone, nothing is mastered, and a lot of parts are off-time. Lately, I have begun wanting to take things a little more seriously. Hopefully, within the next couple of months I will release some new songs up to some sort of professional quality.
