Forgiveness can be an intense and often painful process, yet I have come to understand how vital it is to our joy and well-being.

This powerful guided meditation is inspired by a meditation offered by the Buddhist teacher Jack Kornfield. I recommend that you engage in this meditation practice in the evening, when you will have time to rest afterward.
