Established since 2001, in Bekasi The Patriot City Once upon a time a senior high school student Henriot, met with his two best friends, u.t and Minkz.. And with another Minkz's friend named Rama, they create a band called "Radical".. they played Ramones, Green Day and Blink182 for the first time! Since Senior High School graduation, they never played together again.. And early in 2003 they're meet again and want to played music for the second times!.. So, they made a band (again) called "The Noikers" with influences british punk rock band!
