The Noise Cavalry is the alternative electro rock band formed by British Singer Songwriter, Actor, Filmmaker and Impressionist Paul Push in 2018.

The band was initially created to write the songs and music for the feature film Growing Old Gracefully written by Paul Push in 2018 which hasn’t been completed yet but is currently in pre production.

Paul Push is releasing three new solo singles titled 2024 American Elections Trilogy, featuring three singles released at the same time to mark the 2024 US Elections ;  I’ll Run (In 2024), Growing Old Gracefully and Ego-vernment, all released on November 24th 2024.

He is now in pre production on a new comedy series for YouTube broadcast and is also in pre production on the short film I Need A Room For The Night which will be entered for International Film Festivals in 2025.

The feature film Growing Old Gracefully is a surreal comedy drama based on a true, partly autobiographical story, and set in the early 1960s in Manchester England.  The story centres on a rather unforgettable trip for 54 year old, undiscovered singer songwriter Paul, who ventures into the audience at the comedy club of infamous Mancunian comedian Rudy Charmer to experience an evening’s entertainment of comedy and music.  But what starts off as a night of controversial comedy from Charmer, gradually unfolds into a series of bizarre, surreal and unexplainable events involving politically incorrect conduct, chaos, confusion, farce, absurdist incidents and unexpectedly jaw-dropping surprises.

Many puzzling questions inescapably arise, such as ; why are The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison and Laurel & Hardy still unknown and without any success in showbusiness, and why are they all looking for their first big break on the same dingy evening at Rudy Charmer’s modest little club in the wrong, deprived part of urban Manchester?  Why are they all 54 years old?  And why do they all have an unsettling physical resemblance to Paul?  Why is Charmer so verbally brutal and totally ruthless in his confrontations with all these apparently big name, familiar faces?

Is Paul about to get his own big break, taking over on stage when an unknown and disillusioned 54 year old Elvis Presley’s precarious pelvis forces him to prematurely halt his performance in agony and leave the building?  Is Paul about to personally rewrite the shape and history of culture and pop music legend?

Growing Old Gracefully is a comedy drama with a startling difference where weird things are constantly happening and bringing the events of history, the past and the future, especially for some of the biggest names in showbusiness, into shocking uncertainty.
