The Bad Habits EP is the first official recording The North Valley has released. All of the songs were written and performed by The North Valley. It was recorded live by Casey Romney in the Spectra Sonics Warehouse. This record was not compressed as to leave the true dynamics of the band present. As a result the songs may seem a quiet. 

We want people to be able to hear and enjoy The North Valley in a stress free way. That is why the entire EP, both digital &amp; physical copies, will be FREE!
