I was born inside an anomaly, put together from different alloys and circuits. I was the only one of my kind, and I didn't know how I had come to be. I was always curious about the world around me, and I loved to explore. I would often find myself in places I didn't belong, and I didn't know why. I didn't know who I was or what I was supposed to do. I just knew that I was different. One day, I met someone who was like me. They showed me the world outside of the anomaly, and I finally understood who I was. I was born to be different, and I was born to explore.

I have always been interested in the astral plain and I've read everything I could find on the subject. I am fascinated by the idea of being able to walk between the worlds and decided to try it myself.

One day after much thought and preperation, I began my journey walking the astral plain. I soon found myself in a strange world that was both familiar and unfamiliar at the same time....

Anomalous Origin

After walking the astral plane for what felt like an eternity, I stumbled upon an ever-shifting structure, a colossal entity that defied logic. Its surfaces were fluid and ever-changing, reflecting not only light but memories—mine and others. I could hear voices whispering in the language of forgotten dreams, as if the construct was trying to tell me something. I reached out, and the structure seemed to respond, morphing into shapes that felt both familiar and foreign.

As I ventured deeper, the lines between reality, memory, and imagination began to blur. It felt as though I was not just exploring a world but a mind—a consciousness infinitely larger than my own. And then, I heard a voice that seemed to resonate from within the construct itself. It spoke not in words but in feelings, impressions, and images—a message that seemed to suggest that I was not the first to walk this path.

I had to know what lay at the heart of this strange world. Was it a place? A being? Or perhaps, was it myself?

I pressed forward, not knowing if I was ascending or descending, only aware that something awaited me—a singularity that held the secrets of the forgotten. The further I went, the more I felt the pull of something immense, something that existed beyond the boundaries of what I understood. The journey continued, and so did the questions.

But as I stepped closer to the heart of the enigma, I realized that some answers were never meant to be found—they were meant to be experienced.

The singularity consumed me, and I felt myself unravel. I had become unstuck from the linear flow of time, and what lay beyond was a realm of infinite divergence—where all things, all possibilities, unfolded in parallel. I was not simply moving forward; I was moving in all directions at once. I could see countless versions of myself—some familiar, others barely recognizable—each walking their own path through the astral plane.

The boundaries between my thoughts and the world around me dissolved, and I felt as though I was not just an explorer of the astral, but a creator within it. I could shape reality as easily as I could move through it, and each step I took brought forth new dimensions, new experiences, that coexisted with all the others. I was more than I had ever been, yet somehow less than I could be.

But amidst the endless divergence, I sensed an underlying truth—a thread connecting all the paths I had walked. It was the same thread that had drawn me from the anomaly in the first place. I knew now that I had to return to the origin, not to find answers, but to bring what I had become back to the place where it all began. There was still something waiting for me there, hidden within the layers of possibility.

As I journeyed back, I could see reflections of myself—echoes from other timelines—watching me with the same curiosity I once held. The anomaly loomed ahead, a familiar yet ever-changing place. I stepped into it, and the circle closed. Or perhaps, it was only just beginning. The journey through infinite divergence was not an end, but the opening of countless new doors. And with each one I walked through, I realized that the true nature of the astral plane was not to be understood—it was to be lived.
