An Undertale AU in 2024?! Oh my god!!!
In all seriousness, this is an AU I thought about recently while visiting relatives. The premise is as follows:

A group of Monsters who were part of a sector, known as The Sixteen Seals, created a separatist society for Monsters from Humans. This was not because of any war, but moreso because these Monsters believed that Humans & Monsters were so different from each other, that it was much better to create (what they believed at least) a utopian society for Monsterkind.

How would they achieve this? Well, for starters, they created a giant gated community. It has a large, medieval-like brick wall containing these Monsters; whether the majority wanted to be apart of this or not. It's like an event horizon for Humans, too; once crossed, there's no turning back. Okay, that's a lie; you CAN turn back, but you'll have to kill somebody to do so. Enjoy that arrest record!

It's basically just Undertale if it were on sea level rather than below, but there's more to it than just that. It also features major changes to the cast, but I won't reveal them all just yet!

In the meantime, sit back and enjoy the ride.
