The passing of time moving so slowly, the longing for the good times, the hope for the not too distant future, when we can return to the warm embrace of our friends; these are the emotions that today's two songs evoke.  First, as requested by Vera, "Those were the days" , the music from a 1920's Russian tune, but the English words were written in the early 1960's. And lastly "As time goes by" made famous in the 1942 movie "Casablanca". Thanks for listening!
