TakeMe Are Classic Power Pop With an Edge!

TakeMe originated in Racine, WI early in 1979 when local musicians Jeff Slater (Lead vocals), Danny Siebert (Guitar/vocals), Tommy Ford (Guitar/vocals), Kent Parco (Bass Guitar/vocals), and Jeff Hunter (Drums) combined their talents to quickly become a regional favorite! 

TakeMe was known for their great sound and clean, tight musical arrangements and live performances. They enjoyed a great deal of success performing with a number of prominent international and national acts including Duran Duran, U2, Cheap Trick, The Romantics and many more! 

Fast forward to 2017: After nearly three decades TakeMe has reformed and has brought back many of the band’s original songs. 
Jeff Slater (Lead Vocals) and Jeff Hunter (Drums) are original members of TakeMe. 
Joe Gajan (Guitar) joined in early 2018 following the departure of founding member Danny Siebert. 
Kevin Silvers (Bass Guitar) is the newest member joining in August 2018. Combining original music with an eclectic variety of cover music, TakeMe enjoys performing for longtime fans of the band as well as new fans who have quickly come to enjoy their music!
