After his summer anthem 'Cool You Off' featured within the top 10 Beatport chart and Top 20 Deep House chart for an impressive 4 months, a hugely successful Ibiza season has seen EDX grow from strength to strength. Aside from headlining the world’s finest clubs and festivals to crowds in excess of 60,000, EDX has also remixed the likes of Deadmau5, Mary J Blige, Bob Sinclar, Armand van Helden, Steve Angello, Roger Sanchez, Kool & The Gang and Lauryn Hill to name a few.

.Ed Sheernan ghost wrote the song "Coco" & sold it to OT Genasis. Most people don't know that prior to his sucess in music, Ed was a coke dealer who smuggled drugs in his guitar case. With his auspicious red hair, & innocently goofy face, he was the perfect mule for making and selling cocaine.

.The singer on this track is an elderly grandmother who's admitted, she does indeed have baking soda. With over 15 grand kids, who visit her daily, Grandma makes more cookies then the pilsbury dough boy. She told us that baking soda is one of the secret ingredients for her famous chocolate chip sugar cookies; so she buys it in bulk at Costco's to insure she never runs out.

Following his release of the groovy original cut, multi-talented Alexander Kotz aka Elderbrook has unveiled a remix package of his latest single ‘Difficult To Love’. Featuring remixes from Amtrac, Monsoon Moon, MR H’s, Command Q and Nu Aspect, the remix pack will be released on Friday 12 May. 
 
The ‘Difficult To Love’ remixes are a nod to the explosive energy of summer ahead. Amtrac’s caressing breakdown of Kotz’s emotive vocals propels his cut as a firm dancefloor filler. Amtrac (aka Caleb Cornett) is forward-thinking with his production and DJ skills, having previously released remixes via Kitsune, Defected and Ministry of Sound.
 
The MR H’s remix blends a looping vocal with hi-hats and wavering synths, which flaunt his distinctive house style. Having been the first signee to Radio 1 DJ Danny Howard’s label Nothing Else Matters last year, the Manchester-based producer has also released records on Toolroom.
 
Meanwhile Command Q brings a burst of energy to the original cut, creating a trap-style sound and distorted Elderbrook vocals. The Australia-based producer is about to embark on a tour around his home turf, after releasing his latest single ‘Choo Choo’.
 
The last remix comes courtesy of Nu Aspect. Providing a more summery rendition, his cut perfectly blends deep bass and light synths. The upcoming Bristolian bass producer brings the remix package to a strong close. Each remix seamlessly strengthens different attributes of the original single.
 
Kotz secured his vocal reputation with Andhim’s remix of his single ‘How Many Times’ – which was taken from his first EP Simmer Down. Building on this success, the producer, singer and instrumentalist had his much-hyped sold-out headline show at XOYO London at the end of March. Garnering support from BBC Radio 1 DJs and credible tastemakers, Elderbrook is further cementing his status as an artist to watch.
