I am intensely proud of this track, and I get goosebumps whenever I hear it.  This is my first recording in over 5 years, and such an accomplishment is an extraordinary feeling!

The track is titled 'Electronic Music' spelt '3L3KTR0N1K MU51K', as it represents what I believe the music of today is; electronic.
Why complicate recording a dance track, I stick to the K.I.S.S. method; Keep It Simple Stupid.  A simple 4/4 dance track that contains layers of electronic riffs at 130BPM

'3L3KTR0N1K MU51K' has that uplifting summer vibe about it, that makes you want to get in the car, wind all the windows down and head to the beach or go out and start dancing the night away with friends.  However it makes you feel, I hope you enjoy it.  Thank You xo

"All The Small Things" Cover of Blink 182's "All The Small Things", was performed by Joshua Fuller.  Drums, Bass, Guitar & Vocals.  Produced, Mixed & Mastered by The.Jay.I.H (Jonathan Hair)

As part of my assessment, which is due 13th December 2013, my task was to mix this cover to replicate the sound that Blink 182 created.

"All The Small Things" (COVER)

As part of my assessment this Trimester at UNI, I had to produce a 3-5 minute track that consisted of 4 original sounds.
These sounds had to include; Additive, Subtractive, FM (Frequency Modulation) & Granular Synthesis.
I had to demonstrate such things as side-chaining, digital sampling, parallel compression & multisampling.  I also had to demonstrate correct EQ'ing and mixing of each track. 
Submission of this track had to be as if it were being submitted to a record label for potential signing.

What you are hearing is the final mix-down of 13 weeks work.

My mark for this assignment was 80.5% out of 100%; this is a Distinction level.  I am extremley happy with this mark :)

The musical journey of The.JAY.i.h commenced in the cozy confines of his home studio, armed with nothing more than a laptop, basic computer music programs, and a trusty Casio keyboard.
