I Feel So Alive  (Capital Kings Meltdown)

I haven't uploaded anything in a while and was scrolling through my ITunes library, and decided to show you guys what my music has evolved from, how it started, and how it got to be what it is today.

1. GarageBand. Nothing else at my disposal. This was what got me into creating music. Started at age 12, and continued for a year. This was not my first GarageBand attempt, but around my 28th. I selected this one as my favorite. :)

2. DAW (Logic Express). I got an upgrade, but the only plug-ins I used were the ones that came with Logic Express. Continued this for 2 years to learn how to compose more effectively. Started at age 14, and loved every moment of it. (my second sample might sound like it's clipping; it might be. I hadn't learned to mix properly yet. :)

3. Got the Plug-in Massive by Native Instruments. Every song I've uploaded on SoundCloud I've used Massive for. Started at age 16 - present day as I'm typing this. In fact, the song in the third sample will be on an upcoming EP I'm working on with @Afrolizer.

Evolution of Music

This is my second Christmas song I've completed. Unfortunately, I only finished half of the songs I wanted to. :(

Okay, so me and @Afrolizer are working on an EP, and I'm working on a Drum 'N Bass song. First attempt at that. I need some feedback from you guys. Any and all feedback is helpful. :)

Yeah….. So I created this song in a week for my Ultimate Frisbee team. (The main melody will be easily recognized, but it's also the melody of our chant, so I wanted to use it.)

This is a song I made… Like a year and a half ago? Something like that. Anyways, I'm really proud of this song, just because I only used the plug-ins that came with Logic Express 9. Didn't have Massive yet. ;)

Ok, so I haven't uploaded in a while, because I've been really hard at work with this! 

This is a remix of a worship song I heard a year ago. I liked the song so much, I just had to remix it. I LOVE how it turned out.

The song is Let It Be Known. It's not fully mixed, and I don't have the vocals for it yet, but Warwick Runnels from ELATE is gonna do them and I'm SO FREAKIN' PUMPED! Go check him out if you haven't already!

I'm doing something with my church this year, and it's called Frontier Year Team. I'm living in NH (as opposed to my house in TN), and living with a host family and serving a church.
