It's a new school year at St. Olaf, and the Collective for Change on the Hill is continuing their work from last year, holding a town hall on September 24th to continue discussing institutional racism and empower students to speak out against it.  In this piece, Collective member Ashley Smith '18 and Assistant to the President for Institutional Diversity Bruce King talk about the Town Hall, the new Working Group on Equity and Inclusion, and engaging students to take action in their daily lives.
