In honor of PTSD Awareness Month, I discuss how the military life is STRESSFUL. I'm well aware that I spelled stressful wrong in the title. If you have no idea the ins and outs of the military, I discuss in basic form how the military life is stressful, added stress factors that arise in a service member life, and some steps to take to relieve that stress.

Military members can relate and civilians (non-military) will gain a better insight on what service members go through.
