Everyone has fought, is fighting, or will fight some type of battle in their life, big or small. My hope for you is that when you listen to this EP, you stay present in the moment, leave the negative energy behind, find your escape and ultimately, enjoy complete relaxation. All of the pieces are performed by yours truly. The first song, Pranayama, is an original beat that I created myself.
