”Daddy was one of the first tracks that I finished once I arrived back in New Zealand from LA. I was living at my girlfriend's house and driving across the city to my friends' apartment to work on PACIFIC EMPIRE with them. There were a couple of mornings where they hadn't woken up yet when I arrived, so I decided to use that time to work on a song. I downloaded some vocals off of Splice that I thought were funny and I got to work. Daddy came to together in a matter of hours. The track just flowed nicely out of my head and into my DAW. It's surpassed a thousand plays, and I never thought people would enjoy it as much as they do. ”Flatline came about in early January; I had recently arrived back in Christchurch from studying in Los Angeles, and connected with Blueprint, an artist from my hometown of Christchurch, New Zealand.
We got together within a week if me getting back. Flatline was the first track that we worked on together and everything flowed. Before we knew it, we had a completed track, ready for release.
As trap producers, we decided on a BPM of 85, as it fits well with the trap genre while we could also add a drum n bass section to appeal to the New Zealand audience.
Overall the creation of this track flowed really easily, and we enjoyed working together on it.” - @floots_toots in collaboration with @blueprintprods

“The story and my interpretation of Vanish is this. Me, Cyazon, disappears from a cyberpunk place to avoid being discovered of who he is. He goes into the shadows to find out how he can re-enter the cyberpunk place.
This track can also be interpreted as being secluded or disappearing from a situation to find a new meaning of self. I wanted the sound of the track to be dark-feeling and cyberpunky with glitchy sound design.” - @cyazon

"We Don't Stop was a song that came about because I was listening to a lot of old school hip hop (Madlib, J Dilla, Nujabes). I started making a lot of beats that emulated the drums and grooves of these instrumentals.
After making some of these beats, I decided to implement sounds I would usually use in a heavier bass track. From there on out it was smooth sailing, all the parts of the song came about very quickly and naturally.
It ended up being an absolute joy to work on and finish the track." - @SNAR3D
