2009 i think. a crazy project with me and Matthew. 10 days, like 8 songs, just back and forth. nothing written, just ping pong and marijuana. we were both unemployed, and matt had just bought cakewalk. so with all our acoustic and electronic toys we made this album.

matt made 3 songs by himself. they really stand out.


this was trhe last thing we did... it was much later, we were actually trying to record a legit set list for this other band we had called "The Puking Cowboy Robot" and found out how cool it sounded when you accidentally stack a bunch of takes over eachother... so we added a couple vocal tracks, and scrimmaged* them until you have this masterpiece here... definately worth at least 4 listens.

*scrimmage: a fake term me and matt came up with that has nothing to do with the football term. see since we picked the band name out of the dictionary, so we re coined the term to mean something like "to fuck up by process of digitally cutting and pasting, or warping by exaggerating parameters of any audio or visual media until it appears in an un natural state that is enjoyed by sociopaths and other emotional defectives" or something to that extent anyway.

This is a bunch of half finished junk that I made over the years. It’s a bunch of different projects with different themes and styles. Knucklebones is a clown band I was in. UHJ was an old punk rock band from 2008 past the line of scrimmage I made with Matthew Cheeney in a week the song descriptions have more detailed information about the circumstances.
