The Palyans-Coming Home

This is the official SoundCloud page for the band and entertainment group, The Palyans.

The Palyans is a band and entertainment group based out of Los Angeles, CA. For more than a decade, they have written, recorded, produced and performed songs in a number of different genres including pop, soul and dance music. Its members, Alastair, Kris and Art Palyan come from a family with deep musical roots.

"As far back as I can remember, we've been working together to create a sound that's unique to us," Kris said. "During recent months, we've finally arrived at a point in our lives where we are ready to share our sound with the world."

The three brothers expressed their interest in different genres of music, noting that they draw inspiration from a number of different artists – past and present.

"I grew up listening to a lot of different bands and musicians," Alastair emphasized. "Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Elton John, Queen, Eminem, Charles Aznavour, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, System of a Down, Nirvana, James Brown, Pink ... all of them have influenced our music in one way or another."

Art explained that the band is currently working on releasing their first album, adding that with the help of their supporters and fans, the Palyans have set a goal to tour the U.S. in 2015.

"There is still so much work to do," Art said. "What makes it worthwhile is that we love what we do, and do it together as a family."
