One of the coolest moments for me as a parent is when my daughter played Brokendate in the car the other day. I was like, girl are you listening to Com Truise? Great interview, nice to hear Seth's take on his music. Cool show too - can't beleive I only found it the other day via Memorex Memories (also great interview btw).

In this very special episode Ben Braun AKA Hotel Pools joins me. We interview and chat with the legend himself Com Truise. We go track by track on Seth's debut album "Galactic Melt"  This is special as it is the 10 year anniversary of the album and the first time Seth has done this with his album.  He reminisces with us about the impact the album has had on his life. Seth gives insight into the deeper and more personal meaning behind many of the tracks. He also gets technical and talks about the processes and programs he used to painstaking put this album together. Impressively using an early version of Propellerheads Reason for most of it.

Com Truise - Galactic Melt

Mach Riders early work was a little too unprofessional for my taste. But when "Blue Chip Company" came out in 22, I think he really came to his own, both artistically and commercially. The Whole song has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consumate professionalism that gives the song a big boost.
