Jill opens up about a recent realization she had in which she feels like she's lost her razzle-dazzle. Anita and Jill explore the the loss and find that it's related very much to people pleasing. The women equate it to faking an orgasm and describe what The Fake Orgasm Life feels like and looks like.

They discuss the process of self awareness and the shear panic/fear that often times follows. Jill goes on to share her process of moving beyond the fear to a place of curiosity and acceptance and opens herself to learning what pleases her again.

Anita and Jill recorded an episode on Anita's recent realization about financial safety. But when she was editing it, Anita discovered there was way more to the story than she initially believed. After free flow writing about it, and enlisting the help of the podcast's singer Brandi Harvey, and her mom, Anita was ready to re-record the episode with much more clarity and insight.

This episode uses Anita's realization about financial safety to talk about the issues that arise in our relationships (with ourselves and others) when we carry outdated belief systems and childhood wounds into our adult lives.

Jill pulls Anita into a conversation about complaining after Anita posted on social media lamenting her very busy weekend that she wasn't looking forward to at all. Our relationship with complaining had been on Anita's mind for a few weeks and Jill deep dives with her into how we could transform our relationship with this form of self expression. 

The women talk about what's under the surface of complaining, how trying not to complain can lead to an unfulfilling life, and how to listen to complainers with compassion and empathy.

Jill and Anita talk about how personality profiles may make it easier for some people to start projects. Jill explains her work in coaching with Wealth Dynamics and how understanding the personality profiles helps make projects come to life by allowing each person to lead with their strengths. The women discuss different projects they've started and how to know when to press pause on projects once they're started.
