Preston Pfanz & The Seaton Sands - Live @ The Franklin

They're back! 

Preston Pfanz & the Seaton Sands are back.

The dapper-threaded foursome spent a good few years in the wilderness in search of a new direction. Then they decided enough was enough. They quit the wilderness and headed for the beach, back home to their beloved East Lothian in search of surf fans.

But their time away wasn't entirely wasted!

While musing on their happy origins in the Port Seton ballroom, and the happy hours they spent watching the waves at St Abbs, the boys were inspired to write some hot new tunes. They cranked up the copy-cat, added some drums - lots of drums - and realised they had found a slightly new approach to surf rock'n'roll. A new sound - the now sound - that would get them dancing in Dunbar and jiving in Joppa.

And the surfer boys and girls in East Lothian? They're delighted to have them back, if their screams are anything to go by! 
A recent appearance at the shorefront in Musselburgh had countless dozens of surfers rushing for the sea.

"They're back," they screamed. 
"They're back!"
