The Podunk Poets are a classic country-inspired duo-fronted band from Los Angeles. They create original music inspired by their love of the classic sound of country duet legends such as Loretta Lynn & Conway Twitty, and Johnny and June Carter Cash.

Fresh on the heels of the first full-length CD release, Studio Sessions, the Podunk Poets were asked to play the prestigious Stagecoach Music Festival in 2015.  Performing a set each day of the festival, they won over new fans with their rowdy honky tonk sound, sassy lyrics and highly visual stage show.

Recent radio play on stations from California to New Mexico has accelerated interest in the group, especially in the southwest U.S.  And the band is consistently ranked within the top 10 original country acts and the ones to watch in Southern California.
