The Remedy

The Post Age is an Indie-Pop/Alternative band formed in 2014 by Jake Addicott and Nick Greene, who met while attending grad school in Miami, FL.  Edgar Garcia joined the group in 2015 as the band's lead guitarist.  The members' different backgrounds & experiences among the music scenes of L.A., Gainesville and Miami, create a vibe that is dark, yet danceable; energetic & melodic.  The group combines synthesizers & electronic beats (instrumentally, resembling a darker version of Capital Cities or Chromeo); along with acoustic & electric guitars and prominent Alternative/Singer/Songwriter vocals.  The Post Age released its debut E.P., entitled “Shapeshifter,” in 2015.  The Post Age fans also enjoy the following bands: Capital Cities, Florence and The Machine, Broken Bells, Coldplay, The Shins, Muse, Phantogram, Neighbourhood, U2, Yeasayer, Arcade Fire, The Killers, Chromeo, Future Islands, Bastille, MGMT, Foster the People, Radiohead.
