MONTHLY MEETING Episode 53 (ft DVRGNT, Syd)

The Principal presents THE LEGAL MIND 3.0 (LIVE)

Throughout lockdowns 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 - I've been working frantically create many more edits, bootlegs, DJ Tools and "Amended Drafts" in the simple way I know how and am pleased to share with you my third session of the LEGAL MIND concept.

The DJ Set that sounds like a "live-act" and this time with lots more older tunes revamped indicative of the tunes I sought comfort in during all those lockdowns. Some of them needed the smallest little tweak to fit into this new session as well as a new opening theme Office Rampage that one day I need to finish as a whole tune.

I don't usually put mashups in this but I am particularly happy with the mash included as the last track in this so hope that you like too. 

Adding to that, many more words of wisdom from Denny Crane and Alan Shore will feature telling a particular story through the mix.

We should've just had the Melbourne Hard Trance Reunion to recap but since Covid has postponed that, it will not postpone February 2022 being all about the old school classics and obscurities that made up the 2000s hard trance and hardstyle.

My part is all on vinyl plus a lovely reverse bass/harder hardstyle mix from Dutch legend and connoisseur of the early days, Mr Iridium DJ!

Since October 2016, The Principal, better known as Sam, has supported dozens international acts at some of Australia's finest events, including B-Front, Crypsis, Ran-D, Adaro, Da Tweekaz, Phuture Noize, Sub Zero Project, Digital Punk, Hard Driver and Delete to name a few. 

He has played for established Australian brands such as Masif Saturdays, Hard Kandy, PHD, Hard Envy, ESI and Nightvisions as well as touring Europe in 2017 and 2018 playing in the Netherlands for Boulevard Outdoor and in France for Hardpulz.

He runs his own events under the Surge brand and also personally branded events at Top Yard Rooftop bar in Melbourne

His energetic, tough, melodic and emotional approach is unrivalled in Australia making him the no 1 choice for fans and promoters alike.
