We explore how we were taught (read: trained) to minimize our truths, and how we might begin to unlearn those lessons.  We get clear on what authenticity means to us, and how it demands that we investigate our own needs and desires such that we can share them with others. The Process - Episode 7: Authenticity

On The Process, we work through the experiences we're having on the journey to our best lives. Each episode we dig into a different topic - love, sex, money, life changes -  with a mission to uncover the things that threaten to diminish our joy, and to discover the things that will help us magnify it.

From time to time, we conduct interviews with people (other makers and creators) whose work and lives inspire us to reflect on radical - more sustainable - ways of being in the world.  We want to know about your process. We want to talk with people who are forging their own path, making their own way, and living in their own dream.
