Recently getting more and more in love again with my guitars... Here is a small live acoustic guitar jam I have been trying to play this evening... A Black Sabbath cover, a song originally named She's Gone... In Czech, the song was covered and singed with Czech lyrics by the most beautiful and stunning voice of Marie Rottrova... I used to listen to this song cover all my childhood and the song suddenly reappeared in my head last night, I realise now how much I love this song and melody, and that I consider it to be one of the greatest love songs ever written... And well, I don't really play or can play guitar, but I am trying! So wish me luck! In addition to my ambient sound endeavours and adventures, I love to play and sing real rock songs and ballads now and then ... :) Dedicated to my Goddess... Thank for listening! <3

v Bhútánu lidé kontemplují smrt pětkrát denně. Pětkrát denně se zastaví a uvědomí si, že zemřou. Bhútánci jsou také prý nejšťastnějším národem světa. 

Buddhisté mají na smrt jednu z nejdůležitějších meditací, Maraṇasati. Buddhisté prý mají největší šance dosáhnutí osvícení – života bez utrpení.

My na západě jsme úspěšně téma smrti zatratili, odstřihli a odignorovali. Odmítnutí smrti je ale – stejně jako strach z ní – úplně k ničemu. 

Oddělujeme se tak od možnosti prožívat hlubokou lásku a úctu k životu, vděčnost za možnost žít a žít vědomě. 
 
Umění zemřít je uměním žít.

Účelem meditace na smrt není vyděsit Tě. Naopak je velmi pravděpodobné, že se po jejím skončení budeš cítit plná života.

Je možné, že během meditace pocítíš strach nebo smutek. To je ale v jistém smyslu dobře – poukazuje to na to, že jsi náměty ke kontemplaci brala vážně. Jak jsem psala, není užitečné mít strach ze smrti. Užitečné je bát se zemřít nepřipravená, s negativními stavy mysli, otisky, samskarami. Užitečné je získat silný pocit odhodlání k tomu, žít moudře a dělat dobro! 
 
Meditace na smrt Tě čeká tady. Záměrně teď – v adventním očekávání svátků, kdy se můžeme ztratit samy sobě, ztratit ze zřetele to, co je skutečně důležité.
