Why 285hz?

The origin of 285 Hz
Ancient roots: The Solfeggio scale is said to have originated in medieval music, particularly in Gregorian chants.
Modern discovery: In the 1970s, physician and researcher Dr. Joseph Puleo is credited with rediscovering and popularizing these frequencies. Using mathematical reduction, he identified several tones believed to rebalance the body.
Later addition: 285 Hz was one of the three tones later added to the original six, bringing the total to nine.
