Madloch’s Sound Avenue imprint continues their Bandcamp Exclusives with the 2022 edition of their Summer Sampler Series. As a long running label tradition, Sound Avenue’s seasonal sampler series has been a landing spot for artists across the globe. A broader vision has seen the imprint and series evolve, now encompassing a cornucopia of sounds and styles. While still firmly rooted in all spectrums of house music, the Belgian imprint frequently touches on ambient, electronica, dub techno and more; resulting in a cohesive sound that is both colourful and contemporary. Furkan Senol, Tolga Uzulmez - Moonset [Future Avenue]

Madloch's Sound Avenue imprint opens the new year by welcoming Pedro Capelossi back to the label for a new EP. With a career that spans just over half a decade, Pedro Capelossi has quickly emerged from Spain's avant-garde electronic music landscape. The Brazilian born, Barcelona based artist has forged a distinctive sound which focuses on inventive use of atmosphere and rhythm, drawing the lines between global dance cultures without adhering to any fixed formula. Pablo Bolivar's Seven Villas has been a primary vehicle for Pedro's far-reaching work, with additional projects via Nick Warren's The Soundgarden, The Purr and TOR highlighting his resume. Sound Avenue has also been a comfortable home for Pedro, with the Madloch and Subnode collaborations 'Turmeric Latte' and 'Vanilla Noise' marking his label debut in 2020, a project which spawned four originals and two remixes across the next two calendar years. Now, as 2023 begins to take shape, Pedro makes a welcome return to Sound Avenue with a four-track showcase entitled 'Salted Caramel'.
