The Push started of as a four piece Roots/ Rock reggae band which comprised of a hard hitting lead guitar coupled with a pulsating five string bass, roots reggae drumming style sped up just a tad to bring out the rhythm guitar that resonates and cuts through a room with precision. 
Keyboard player and Backing vocalist soon followed. The Push has been playing in venues in and around Melbourne such as Kelly’s Bar in Olinda, Scarab bar in Belgrave, Bar Up in Prahran and even private functions since October of 2012.
 
Our goal right now is to keep playing gigs to fund recordings in order to play festivals and spread the reggae ragga muffin rubba dub to everyone. Catch us around.
