Welcome all I appreciate your time! todays post is addressing a specific set of coping mechanism I've discovered pertaining to hyper vigilance & isolation these mechanics can be adopted as personality traits through the developmental years of a child or young adults life, these are not always problematic behaviors but at times can limit your malleability within self soothing or regulating stress in relationships or everyday life, Identifying these personas is the first step I address them as protectors & I will be discussing ways to begin interfacing with these internal aspects more over time.
