The first episode of The Quiet Voice is here! I wanted to talk about goal planning. It’s the kind of thing that can be quite hit or miss especially at the start of a new year. I for one am not really feeling the "new year, new me" vibe just a continuation of what I've already started. If you're feeling a little overwhelmed, uninspired or just want to take it slow then this episode is for you.
