I put together this re-imagining of the theme for the new Fire Emblem Three Houses game over the past week. It's a series that I've really loved and enjoyed for a long time. It's not that similar to the original, however, I transposed the melody onto guitar and used that for chords and leads. I wrote and recorded 3 guitars, bass guitar, live drums, and both clean and unclean vocals.

I wrote this song yesterday, I think it's awesome. Sadness.

I wrote this song from the perspective of my main character, "The Mountain Top Fisherman". Who joined a group of seemingly like-minded and prosecuted individuals, only to then find out that they were a cult, plotting to hurt everybody else, even those unassociated with his own plight. After attempting to escape from this cult, he was thrown into a dark prison cell where he was alone for many weeks, or maybe even months.
