I wrote this verse years ago at the Vegas airport (true story) 
I was with one of my friends (shoutout Beardsley)
We were riding standby 
We had some Southwest buddy passes (shoutout to my mom) 
And we were at the bar 
I had my headphones in 
I was listening to music 
And I wrote this verse really fast 
And I slid it across the table 
And my friend was like "you wrote that right now" 
And I was like "yeah"

This beat was made by @jakovslim who sent me the instrumental and asked me if I wanted to rap on it.... Soon as I heard it I was feeling it and told him I would!  

I sat on the instrumental for several months waiting for 'Something New' to come to me so I could write to it.. After getting familiar with the track I still couldn't really think of anything to write.. I started to play the track from time to time and I got to a point where each time I did play it I kept hearing "SOMETHING NEW" repeating in my head.... I decided to see what it would sound like repeating 'SOMETHING NEW' at the beginning of the track.. So the 1st time I hit record and started saying 'You want Something New/ You Want Something New/ You Deserve Something New' is the 1st and Only Recording you hear in this track.. I like the way it sounded and you can tell by how you hear me let out a 'WHEWW' lol.. Then what comes after is a True Freestyle.... Enjoy..
