Alexis Cierra is an Inspirational Recording Artist and Songwriter in Atlanta. She is a native of Dothan, Al who was raised in a musical family as the oldest of 14 children, at the age of 4 she started singing in church and became a professional studio vocalist at the age of 14, starting at the age of 15 she appeared on numerous television shows such as: American Idol Season 2 as a Top 32 Finalist, Showtime at the Apollo, Live in Hollywood, X-Factor USA, and has appeared twice in on the Emmy award winning Steve Harvey Daytime Talk Show.

Alexis Cierra was featured in Voyage ATL Magazine, Rolling Out Magazine Mi Amiga Magazine as Woman on a Quest. Alexis has also been honored with awards such as “Top 25 Most Influential Women of Atlanta” and Jezebel Magazine’s “Emerging Elite of Atlanta”.

It has been said that Alexis Cierra’s vocals melt your heart and gives you chills. Her range from baritone to 2nd soprano gives you the "Toni Braxton" feel since she’s her vocal mentor. Her other musical influences are: Brandy, Babyface, Ryan Leslie, Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond, Whitney Houston, and Jennifer Lopez. 

Alexis Cierra's animated stage presence at her live shows, leave you wanting an "encore". Alexis  Cierra has a sound that can cross boarders, her music is gut wrenching and inspires you with every lyric, Alexis Cierra writes music that brings God to people where they are. She also makes music that heals and inspires people to push through life's daily struggles.

Alexis has written for pop, gospel, contemporary christian, r&b, and hip hop genres of music.

She was featured on both gospel rap group BOC albums which were full of her warm harmonies and lead vocals, along with many other artist.

Alexis Cierra's discography includes her being featured both as a vocalist and songwriter and she also sang background on 39 artist albums and singles since she becoming a professional studio vocalist at age 14.

She released her debut single "No Filter" in 2018, followed up with the release of her long awaited debut EP in 2019 "Based on a True Story" the mixtape chronicles featuring smash hits "Come Back"and "Distractions". 

Alexis Cierra is currently an independent artist on her label Masadah Music Group where she is releasing her debut Mixtape “Alexis Cierra-Based on a True Story” in Summer 2019 featuring chart-topping artist features with music from Billboard chart topping and Grammy award-winning producers. Alexis Cierra has a growing fan base thanks to her social media following.  Alexis Cierra is a rising star, the sky is "not" limit for this young Queen.
