It’s easy to surround yourself with a bunch of no-getters. They’re everywhere. They dominate society. Only a select crowd of people want to change their lives to become great. Do you know who those people are that are located near you?

It’s imperative to find these like-minded people. They’re everywhere it just takes work to find these people. It’s imperative to your success to find like-minded people that are always looking to level up. 

People that will push you to greatness. It’s time to help you find these people. Eagles don’t flock with turkeys. They’re both birds but they don’t fly together. There’s a reason.

One soars above the clouds and one stays grounded. It’s time to find other eagles to soar high with.

029: Stop Hanging Around Turkeys

Accountability is a tough pill for 98% of the entrepreneurial population to swallow. That’s why most entrepreneurs don’t make it. They simply are unwilling to hold themselves as well as their co workers accountable for their actions. 

Most people fear accountability. They don’t want anyone to point out their wrongs or shortcomings but what they fail to realize is that those wrongs and shortcomings are the keys to finding out what’s keeping them from their success. When you become painfully accountable to yourself, you expect the same from others. You raise the expectations of everyone around you and you become a force to be reckoned with. 

This episode will dive into my shortcomings and my downfall when it came to being accountable and it will give you insight of the mindset that I had versus the mindset that I have now.

Most people can’t take the heat. It’s too much pressure for them to hold themselves accountable to see if what they're doing is working to achieve the right results. Most people are full of emotion when it comes to decision making. They also get extremely defensive when it’s time evaluate what they’ve been doing with their time to create productivity.

It’s time to shift your mindset to help you deal with the heat. It’s not about feeling comfortable to achieve a goal, it’s about achieving the goal. PERIOD. Can you take the heat?

032: Learn to Take The Heat

Talk is cheap. Anyone can talk a good game about what they’re going to do. In fact, I used to do a lot of talking. It got to the point that I was tired of hearing myself talk about what I was going to do. So I decided to stop talking and do something. I got energized by the simple act of taking action towards a goal as opposed to making “the perfect plan” and waiting to execute it. 

I don’t care how much planning, researching and thinking you do but at some point, you’re going to have to execute. You’re going to have to take action and make things happen. It’s time to STOP TALKING AND DO SOMETHING. NOW. RIGHT NOW. GO!
