When you say Francisco Ordonez Jr, with the proper dialect, the name just rolls off of your tongue like butter. When his skills as a DJ and business man are in question, all seem to be none the less. Francisco or better known as DJ VEGA (THE BRONX POWER FORWARD BULLY), born in Harlem and making way out of Bronx, NY has taken his passion for music and mixing and established an entertainment empire. Inspired by all the greatest legends, Vega's dream began to manifest in 2001 upon linking with DJ Rated R which led to his meet and greet with Desert Storms DJ Clue."I remember being 12 years old hearing a mixtape by Clue & loved how he hyped up the track with his echo effects & trademark sayings; I would always look forward on looking for the next tape".  Studying the formation and craft of DJ Clue, Vega took his opportunity to venture into his own artistry and began work with artist such as Mobb Deep, The Infamous Mobb, Chris & Neef of State Property, and Nashawn of Nas‘s Bravehearts rap group.

 Meanwhile Vega developed his own entertainment entity entitled 3 Blade Entertainment LLC which would later play a major role in his expedition. Mixtape projects created an honorary buzz for Vega where in 2004 he was sought out by NBA player Metta World Peace for Metta's "TruWarrior" Mix tape project. DJ Vega had merely broken the surface of his ambitions as a DJ connoisseur when his life took an unexpected turn in 2005.

In 2005, DJ Vega had a brush with the law which would put his career as a club and mixtape DJ on hold while on house restriction. Vega, in no way, let that hinder him from making moves. Vega used this opportunity to familiarize himself with the business side of the production game. In 2007 he began working with Digiwaxx Media as a mix tape show coordinator. Serving as a prominent player to the breaking of the hit record from artist 2 Pistols entitled “She Got It” ft. T-Pain, Vega sharpened up his marketing skills by setting up national promotion tours and attending exclusive DJ conferences. Generating a successful track record has enabled Vega to maintain a reputable client roster and deliver an amazing outcome.

Upon parting with Digiwaxx in late 2007, Vega went on to join forces with former co-worker Sean Shaw and Leanard Madu formulating an online digital DJ Record servicing company cleverly known as HottWax Media. Vega specialized as a radio consultant for Hottwax Media where he utilzed personal relationships to further the careers of clients such as Prodigy, 40 Glocc, The Clipse, Bizzy Bone, Charles Hamilton, BG and a host of other talented artist major and independent. Hottwax reaches over 40,000 College DJs, National and International.

DJ Vega’s trademark includes but is not limited to CEO of 3 Blade Entertainment LLC, Share Holder HOTTWAX, and President of ALMIGHTY ALLSTARS RECORDS. He Is also a Member of DJ Clue's Desert Storm DJ crew  and with DJ Don Demarco’s "Tornado Gang" as well.
