"Facts about G5P

G5P aka Grenade 5et Productions consists of two blood brothers TF and ANT. They are of Dominican descendant and originally from East New York, Brooklyn. The duo moved to Orlando, Florida in the late 1990’s.

Grenade 5et Productions has opened up for various artists like Jadakiss, Sheek, and Ron Browz etc. The group has been working on material since late 2007. The first project released by G5P was called “Red Bandana Mixtape Vol. 1” which dropped October 2008.  The singles were “We Here” and “Get Right”. After a dozen shows and great feedback they continue making music.  The second project was a compilation between G5P and Pure Cash Entertainment.  Both companies worked together and released Slime City on September 2010.  Singles were “Shovel That”, “Amputation”, and “All the Rappers”.

Three years later, in May 2013, G5P dropped two mixtapes “Red Rag Vol. 2” and “Foot Threw the Door”. The singles for both projects were:  “How Ya Feel, “Set it Off”, “2 You”, and” Breezing thru Bars”. 

G5P is currently finishing their fifth project, “The Upper Hand”, which is due to drop during the first quarter of 2015.  The rap duo is also working on their independent album “We Immortal”, expected to be released in 2015 as well.
