Irma is a singer from New York City , born and raised and is still residing in New York.  Irma started singing since the age of 7  and has continued to do so  since then . For Irma , music has been one of her coping mechanisms while dealing with MDD since the she was 15  , and hopes that with her music she can help end the stigma that surrounds mental illness and bring awareness towards it without it being such a hushed subject.
