A 2008 remake of Corona's classic dance anthem. 

I wanted to stay faithful to the original 90's sounds and keeping the original breakdown and synth was the key to this, with a bit more work on the bassline and the rhythmic keys. The bassline builds and gets funkier throughout the track - with hindsight it probably deserves a more prominent place in the mix as the driving force.

The switch of two verses was purely accidental. The acapella had them switched to begin with and I left it that way!

Under my working title name of Xperience, this is my first ever complete remix made in early 2006 with Reason 3. 

A lot of commercial house/dance was making heavy use of looped samples around this time, and my remix was no exception! 

Featuring the original Climie/Fisher vocals, no other remix comes close to the astounding quality of this one(!). 

I learned a whole lot about producing music from this track. Propellerhead's Reason really helped me get to grips with everything. As a techhie, I was so familiar with connecting cables and kit that Reason's rack approach just made everything clear in my mind and I could get on with making a track.

A cheeky booty I put together a few years ago based around the classic Another Chance from @rogersanchez.

I really enjoyed making this, and it was received way better than I expected at the time. The @imogenheap song had only a small following at the time until it was ade famous by the @jasonderulo track - Whatchya Say some years later. In its original form, it's a completely acapella release.

Only the chorus fits a 4/4 pattern. Each phrase of the verse had to be manually adjusted to fit timing. This was way before Ableton Live came along with warping! Even with warp, it'd be a better technique to place everything manually.
