Montreal-born with roots from Egypt, Armenia, Malta & Lebanon, M.I.C. began singing at age 5, songwriting at 10, and by 14 was working with the Miami-based production teams for Beyoncé & Luis Fonsi.

In his 20s, M.I.C. hosted afterparties in Old Montreal across the street from Velvet, a famed nightclub owned by Guy Laliberté, founder of Cirque du Soleil. Martinez Brothers, Diplo, Blondish, Nina Kraviz, Danny Tenaglia, DJ Tennis, Acid Pauli, Cats 'N Dogz and many more came through his afterparties over the years.

Now based in Paris after spending most of the past 3 years in Tulum, M.I.C. is captivating crowds with his funky, gripping brand of electronic music. He often performs a live or hybrid freestyle set, dropping infectious tech house tracks and adding improvised vocal energy with soulful riffs, hypnotic rap bars & gritty sound effects.

In 2022, fellow Montrealer BLOND:ISH chose M.I.C. to launch Abracadabra TV Tulum, and to record the Abracadabra set for Emirates Airlines In-Flight Radio.

M.I.C. is a true performer whose unparalleled energy and unique act have received tremendous support worldwide. His debut EP is scheduled for release Summer 2024.
